It's important to educate that even the smallest contributions can be matched, making a difference over time.
Working with the automation team, I helped design a personalised email journey using nearly 30 pieces of dynamic data, aiming to inform customers about their contribution requirements. This journey contributed to increasing KiwiSaver engagement and contributions, with people who received an email were about 40% more likely to make at least a $1 contribution compared to those who didn't receive an email.
